Meet
I specialize in helping clients identify their own financial goals, putting visions and numbers together for the future, and working my way backwards to figure out what we need to do today to make this possible for you." I grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan and started in the Financial Services Industry in 2000, in various support roles to Financial Advisors, including Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Marketing Manager, and Internal Tech Support. In 2012, I transition from support roles to the Financial Advisor role, in Killam, Alberta. In 2019, I obtained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, furthering my knowledge of complex financial situations and planning. I love learning new things and continue to take additional courses, information and designations. My husband Kevin and I have two very busy boys involved in various activities. We enjoy camping, hiking, boating, skiing, racing, ATVs and off-road vehicles and travelling. My passion is helping others achieve their financial goals. I provide a systematic process, with personally tailored solutions to each family. Our process of contacting clients brings more depth to every relationship, and more customization to each strategy as the needs and relationship change over time. Our annual review process along with different contacts throughout the year help bring a personal, tailored experience to each and every client that we work alongside.
Originally from Saskatchewan, Whitney moved to Viking with her husband and two boys in 2018. She has a Business Admin diploma from Saskatoon Business College and over ten years of administration experience. She is excited to start working with Brandi and to learn more about the financial industry.
Andrew Sakaluk is Brandi's youngest son and our High School summer student. When school resumes for his Work Experience class, he will likely continue to work a few hours a day. He is also completing the regular training and taking on more duties. He is enjoying the job more and more every day.
At IPC, we built IPC Cares to bring together the various efforts we make towards enhancing the communities within which we operate. By adopting causes that are close to our hearts, we keep ourselves committed and accountable.
Last year alone, as a company, we supported the aid efforts on the Fort McMurray fires, palliative care through The Healing Cycle Foundation and women and children through The Salvation Army.
Perhaps the most significant effort we undertake, and one that we believe is representative of the kind of work that inspires and keeps us committed to our CSR efforts, is the community development project in Honduras with The Carpenteros & Friends. Last year’s project involved a group of IPC staff and Advisors volunteering their time and energy on the ground. Very little is as inspiring and rewarding as living the lives of the people you’re helping, and every one of the people who took the journey came back a changed person, even more determined to stay committed to making a difference in the world!
We also made countless small but significant contributions of our time and resources within our communities through many grassroots charities we believe in, and the ripple effect of their efforts are always rewarding.
